These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of drvnlabo.xyz (the "Site"), operated by DRVN Labo LLC ("DRVN Labo," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company formed in Texas.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What the Site is for
The Site presents DRVN Labo's products (vhcls.app, Buster, and DRVN Culture) and lets you send Partner, Custom, and Invest inquiries. Use the Site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape in a way that harms the Site, or misuse the inquiry forms (including false or harassing submissions).
Ownership of content, marks, and video
DRVN Labo owns the Site's content, branding, marks, and video (including page header videos and images served from the Site), unless a credit says otherwise. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or republish DRVN Labo's content, marks, or video for commercial use without our prior written permission.
Third-party links and products
The Site links to third-party sites and products, including vhcls.app, buster.vhcls.app, www.drvnculture.xyz, partner sites (RevHard Motors, SMG, Onchain Media), Canva (for the deck link), and social platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, Discord). Those destinations have their own terms and privacy policies. DRVN Labo is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
Invest inquiries are not an offer
The Invest page is an inquiry path only. Submitting the form is a way to start a conversation. It is not an offer to sell securities, not a solicitation to buy securities, and not investment advice. Nothing on the Site guarantees returns, performance, or any particular outcome.
You are responsible for your own diligence. Where required by law, Invest inquiries may be limited to accredited investors or equivalent. The form's confirmation checkbox is part of that process; it does not create a securities offering.
$BSTR and Founders Keys
References to $BSTR and Founders Keys on or through the Site are not equity in DRVN Labo LLC and do not give you ownership, voting rights, or a claim on DRVN Labo's assets as a shareholder or member.
Product information and Buster
Information about Buster and other DRVN Labo products on the Site is informational. Buster is not a licensed mechanic and does not replace professional automotive advice, diagnosis, or service. Always use your own judgment and qualified professionals for vehicle work.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content will always be complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRVN Labo and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. DRVN Labo's total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid DRVN Labo (if any) for access to the Site in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where applicable law gives you non-waivable rights to another forum.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the Effective date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of the Site after the new Effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
